ORDER

In partial modification of Order No. No. F.4(18)FD/Tax Div/2001 dated 28/07/2003. the following correction are made in the Rajasthan Investment Promotion Scheme, 2003 (hereinafter referred to as "RajInvest-2003")

1. The words "12%" wherever occurring may be replaced with the words "18%".

2. The words "stamp duty/conversion charges" occurring in Clause 9(C)(i)(b) of RajInvest-2003 may be replaced with the words "Luxury Tax, Electricity Duty, Entertainment Tax and Mandi Cess or Fee".
