CIRCULAR

In order to facilitate sanction, disbursement and recovery of term loans, the Regional Offices henceforth will play an important role. The actions in respect of various activities shall be taken in a time bound manner as per procedure given in the enclosed Annexure. The Heads of the Regional Offices shall invariably devote a para on the actions taken by them for promoting the term lending activity and progress thereof in their D.O. letters to CMD.

The Heads of the Regional Offices shall remain in contact with the Officers at Head Office for the various activities of the term lending as per details given below:

7.	Printed application forms and publicity material	Manager ( PR)
