Sub:  Revision in the rate of development charges in respect of industrial areas in Balotra  Unit.

 

The rate of development charges for land allotment and all other purposes in the following industrial areas  in Balotra unit are hereby revised and fixed as follows:

Revision in the rates as above will be effective from 25.4.05. However, in case of applications for land allotment and containing all the required/relevant information as per the existing rules and regulation received in unit office for available vacant plots alongwith requisite 25% money prior to 25.4.05, the plot allotment will be made as per rules as per the rates prevailing prior to this revision. 

 

Plot allotments in industrial area Balotra III Phase shall be made @ Rs. 250/- per sq. mtr. till 90% of saleable industrial land  in the industrial area Balotra III Phase is allotted and the industrial area is declared Saturated.  As per policy plot allotments in saturated industrial areas would be made through auction and in case of failure to allot plot in auction, tatkal rate under TBAY would be  fixed at unit level as per the  prescribed policy.

 

The rate of development charges for land allotment and all other purposes in the following residential colony  in Balotra unit  shall remain unchanged till further orders:
