Sub: Revision in the rate of development charges in respect of industrial areas in Bhiwadi-I Unit.

The rate of development charges for land allotment and all other purposes in the following industrial areas in Bhiwadi-I unit are hereby revised and fixed as follows:

Revision in the rates as above will be effective from 25.4.05. However, in case of applications for land allotment and containing all the required/relevant information as per the existing rules and regulation received in unit office for available vacant plots alongwith requisite 25% money prior to 25.4.05, the plot allotment will be made as per rules as per the rates prevailing prior to this revision.
