Revision in the rates as above will be effective from 25.4.05. However, in case of applications for land allotment and containing all the required/relevant information as per the existing rules and regulation received in unit office for available vacant plots alongwith requisite 25% money prior to 25.4.05, the plot allotment will be made as per rules as per the rates prevailing prior to this revision. · Regional unit office is hereby advised not to allot the plot in industrial area, Bagrana until and unless, Head Office gives clearance regarding mode of allotment. The rate of development charges for land allotment and all other purposes in the following residential colonies and industrial areas in Jaipur South unit shall remain unchanged till further orders: |
