Sub:  Revision in the rate of development charges in residential colony at Growth Centre Jhalawar Unit.

 

 

In continuation to letter No. IPI/P-6/U(24)-2/2002/716 dated 28.8.03 and letter dated 8.3.04 the rate of development charges for land allotment and all other purposes in the residential colony Growth Centre Jhalawar is fixed as under with immediate effect:

 

 

a.

For allotment of 'A' type plot in 'B' block.

@ Rs. 500/- per sqm.

 

 

b.

For allotment of remaining plots in the Residential Colony

@ Rs. 475/- per sqm.

The rate of development charges for land allotment and all other purposes in the following residential colony in Jhalawar unit are hereby revised and fixed as follows:

Revision in the rates as above will be effective from 25.4.2005. However, in case of applications for land allotment and containing all the required/relevant information as per the existing rules and regulation received in unit office for available vacant plots alongwith requisite 25% money prior to 25.4.2005, the plot allotment will be made as per rules as per the rates prevailing prior to this revision.

 

The rate of development charges for land allotment and all other purposes in the following residential colonies and industrial areas in Jhalawar unit  shall remain unchanged till further orders:
