Sub: Revision in the rate of development charges in respect of industrial areas in Shahjahanpur Unit. The rate of development charges for land allotment and all other purposes in the following industrial areas and residential colony in Shahjahanpur unit are hereby revised and fixed as follows: |

Revision in the rates as above will be effective from 25.4.05. However, in case of applications for land allotment and containing all the required/relevant information as per the existing rules and regulation received in unit office for available vacant plots alongwith requisite 25% money prior to 25.4.05, the plot allotment will be made as per rules as per the rates prevailing prior to this revision. The rate of development charges for land allotment and all other purposes in the following residential colonies and industrial areas in Shahjahanpur unit shall remain unchanged till further orders: |
