OFFICE ORDER No. 10/2005

Sub : Regarding rebate in regularisation of unauthorized structures in violation of prescribed set backs - for industrial use and non-industrial use.

The Board of Directors vide item 12 in the meeting held on 29.03.2005 has accorded ex-post facto approval for allowing 10% rebate in compounding fees to those industrial plot allottees who get the un-authorized constructions in set backs of industrial plots regularized as per the prescribed norms and policies as per office order No. 33/2004 dated 24.12.2004 (issued in pursuance of IDC decision taken vide item 2 in the meeting held on 16.12.2004), and deposits compounding fees within 30 days from the date od issue of the office order dated 19.3.2005.

Accordingly, the office order No. IPI/P-3/24(A)-41/1605 dated 19.03.2005 is confirmed in pursuance of the approval mentioned above.

The Board of Directors has also desired that the scheme for allowing 10% rebate in compounding fees as above should be got suitably publicized by the Regional Unit Offices.
