OFFICE ORDER No. 10/2005

Sub : Regarding rebate in regularisation of unauthorized structures in violation of prescribed set backs - for industrial use and non-industrial use.

As per office order No. IPI/P-3/24(A)-41/1605 dated 19.03.2005, it was notified that 10% rebate in the total compounding fees calculable was to be allowed to those industrial plot allottees who get the un-authorized constructions in set backs of industrial plots regularized as per the prescribed norms and policies as per office order No.33/2004 dated 24.12.2004 (issued in pursuance of IDC decision fees taken vide item 2 in the meeting held on 16.12.2004), and deposit compounding fees within 30 days from the date of issue of the office order dated 19.03.2005. The rebate is scheduled to last upto 18.4.2005.

This rebate was also approved by the Board of Directors vide item 12 in the meeting held on 29.3.2005.

In continuation, this rebate of 10% in the total compounding fees calculable is further extended for another 30 days beyond 18.4.2005 in anticipation of approval of IDC.

This bears approval of CMD.
