OFFICE ORDER

Sub: Allowing an incentive to 'Early Birds' for industrial plot allotment at EPIP, Neemrana,

IDC vide item 20 in the meeting held on 12.10.2004 has accorded approval for allowing incentive @ 10% in the rate of development charges for the initial allottees of plots including those who have deposited initial amount and allotment letters issued, upto 20% of total industrial land in EPIP Neemrana being allotted or till 31 December, 2004 whichever is earlier. Further this 10% rebate would not be given up front at the time of industrial plot allotment, but would be in the form of reimbursement by RIICO after construction in the plot is done as per details hereunder:

(a) For the plots measuring upto 10,000 sqm. allottee will be required to cover 20% of the plot utilizable area with buildings wherein roof has been built-up within a maximum period of two years from date of allotment before the reimbursement of 10% rebate.

(b) For the plots measuring above 10,000 sqm., allottee will be required to cover 10% of the plot utilizable area subject to minimum of 2,000 sqm. with buildings wherein roof has been built-up within a maximum period of two years from date of allotment before the reimbursement of 10% rebate.
